Let me Introduce Myself

My name is Brenda Tschetter.

I mostly grew up in Alden, NY. A small country town located in western New York. My father was a welder and worked very hard to support our family. I have a brother and sister whom I love very much. My parent’s divorced after 22 years of marriage. When my father remarried, I was blessed with additional family members including my stepmom Dodi. She has been like a mother to me. I met my husband when I was 16 years old. We married two months before I turned 19 years old. He has been a very important part of my life. I am so happy to have him as my best friend along this journey. I wasn’t able to have children so we have many animals that have became part of the family, including my service dog Bella. I grew up loving English class and taking business classes. I worked in the dental field as an office manager for over 14 years which helped prepare me. I’ve encountered many health issues that made me unable to work starting in 2013. With thanks to God, I started writing in 2018. Here we are in 2020, and I thank God everyday to where He has brought me. I know in my heart that it was God who kept me alive. He was with me in the past, in the present, and will be with me in my future! His endless love, compassion, grace and mercy! I want to give Him all the glory.

My goal is to encourage and inspire people, to give them hope by telling my stories. Most of them are true stories of things that have happened to me in my journey. I want to help those who are struggling with health and pain, depression, and suicidal thoughts. I want to show them it is possible to overcome with God’s help. That there is light in the darkness and there is another side. They can find healing. It is possible. Everything is possible with God. Everything can change and you’re not stuck where you are forever. I’ve found healing that I thought was never possible. I want to give you the hope I’ve found.

I love to write inspirational and spiritual pieces that are full of encouragement and engaging. I write about real life events filled with emotion. I want to help and encourage all those who are struggling and in pain, who are suicidal, and fill them with hope. The good news. I love to cook and have a healthy cookbook available as well.
